Where We Live Series: Sophie/Banner Drive

Join the Workforce Housing Coalition of the Greater Seacoast for a tour of ongoing development at Sophie and Banner Drive in Dover. The project is a total of 31 units on 7.79 acres, and is a mix of single family residences, townhouses, and a duplex.

Attendees will hear from Robert Baldwin, the developer on the project, about the logistics of this particular development. Attendees will also hear from Ryan Pope, Housing Navigator for the City of Dover, about how use of Dover's Transfer of Development Rights Ordinance has made this project, and others, possible in the city.
