First, Peter Francese and Lorraine Stuart Merrill, authors of Communities & Consequences II: The Rebalancing of New Hampshire’s Human Ecology, will share what they learned while writing the sequel to the 2008 book Communities & Consequences: The Unbalancing of New Hampshire’s Human Ecology.

Next, Richard England, professor emeritus of economics and natural resources at the University of New Hampshire, will share his research on school enrollment and property taxes.
